These consents apply when you submit your information through RefiMeNow. RefiMeNow is a comparison and matching service operated by Yield Solutions Group, LLC dba RefiJet (NMLS #1329867). RefiMeNow is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Consent to Communicate (TCPA)
By providing your telephone number(s) and email, you consent to be contacted for marketing and business purposes. You understand and agree that RefiMeNow, Yield Solutions Group, LLC dba RefiJet, and their service providers and matched lending partners may use prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages, email, and automatic telephone dialing systems at the number and email you provided, even if the number is on a state or national Do Not Call list, and even if the contact results in a charge to you. Message and data rates may apply. You further understand and agree that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking to be removed on a call.
Authorization to obtain a credit report (FCRA)
You authorize RefiJet and, in some cases, its lending partner(s) to obtain your credit report in connection with your interest in obtaining financing (a “credit inquiry”). No credit inquiry is made to show you sample rates on this site; the credit inquiry is made when RefiJet processes your application. The rates shown on this site before that inquiry are samples for a profile like yours, are not curated, prequalified, or a commitment to lend, and your actual rate is confirmed by RefiJet after the credit inquiry.
Accuracy of information
You certify and agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that any additional information you provide will be accurate and complete.
eSign Disclosure (electronic records and signatures)
You must consent to receive documents electronically in order to complete the credit inquiry process with RefiJet and any subsequent loan process with one of its participating lenders. By clicking to accept, you acknowledge your receipt and review of the Federal E-SIGN disclosure and consent, give your affirmative consent to RefiMeNow, RefiJet, and any lender providing electronic documents to you, and confirm that your device satisfies the hardware and software requirements needed to access and retain those documents. Full E-SIGN terms appear in our Terms of Service. You may withdraw this consent or request paper copies by contacting contact@refijet.com; withdrawing consent may prevent us from completing your request.
